  • Go to the Settings menu on top right > See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP
  • In the Forwarding section, click on Add a forwarding address
  • Add transactions@ledgeitall.com in the provided box and follow the instructions
  • It will take a couple of minutes to approve your request. You will receive an email confirming approval of your auto-forwarding request. Now you are ready to move to step 2

  • Go to the Settings menu on top right > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses
  • Click on Import filters
  • Download mailFilters.xml. Click on choose file and upload it
  • Click on Open file. You can now review all the filters which will be added and click on create filters
  • You're done! The filters will automatically forward transaction emails to Ledge-it-all

  • Click on Create a new filter
  • Find a transaction email you want Ledge-it-all to track
  • Get sender's email address and the subject of the email. For example, you might receive transaction emails from alerts@hdfcbank.net with subject You have done a UPI txn. Check details
  • Click on search to find all emails matching the criteria. Update the criteria according to your needs to filter out the required emails
  • Once you are satisfied with the matching conditions, click on advanced search and click on create filter
  • Click on Forward it to, select transactions@ledgeitall.com and click on create filter
  • You can create as many filters for up to 3 transaction emails
